Information used to provide your painting

We use the contact details, delivery address, order information and reference images you provide to discuss, make, charge for and deliver your painting. Account information supports access to your order and its progress. Site sessions and essential cookies support the cart, checkout and authenticated access.

Reference and finished photographs

Reference photos and order proof photos uploaded through our custom painting tools are stored with controlled access. A private order link provides access to that order’s painting page, so keep the link private. Room photos uploaded only for the room visualization stay in your browser and are not automatically included in the order.

A reference supplied for production is not permission to publish a public portfolio case. We obtain separate permission for identifiable customer photographs or personal commissioned work used publicly.

Reviews and product questions

Photos attached to a product review are optional. With your sharing consent, they may be displayed publicly alongside your review after moderation. You can ask us to remove them. Please do not upload addresses, identifying documents or photos you do not have permission to share. Review photos are separate from the private reference photos used to make your painting.

Questions submitted through the Ask a question tab, including your email address, remain private and are used to reply to you. Asking a question does not subscribe you to marketing.

Payments and delivery partners

Payment providers process the payment details submitted through their services. We retain transaction references and order payment status; our custom painting tools do not store full card numbers. Necessary order information may be shared with payment, delivery, email and hosting providers to fulfil your order.

Retention and access

Information is retained for the period needed for the enquiry or order, follow-up support and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Unattached temporary uploads through the painting tools are eligible for cleanup after two days; linked order or enquiry photos are not removed on that temporary schedule. Contact us to ask about a record or request correction or deletion, subject to applicable obligations.

Your choices

Contact us about access, corrections, deletion or other privacy rights that apply in your location. Include enough information to locate the record; we may need to verify the request. Do not include payment-card details in a message.

Cookies and communications

Cart, checkout and sign-in features use essential cookies. You can manage cookies through your browser settings; blocking essential cookies may prevent these features from working. Sending an enquiry or placing an order does not by itself subscribe you to marketing emails.
